Bench-Think

Capture moments of reflection in public spaces worldwide.

About Bench-Think

" Bench-Think" is a Global Public Service Photo Initiative by volunteers with the non-profit MyGriefAngels.org to highlight benches in public areas worldwide where any of us can stop, breathe and imagine ourselves enjoying the view one bench and one moment at a time.

For people grieving around the world, one phrase is repeatedly used by many when referring to their own individual grief journeys and that is taking it one day at a time; one second at a time, and one moment at a time. Submit your own "Bench-Think" favorite photo for inclusion in this project, but please remember that photos cannot be of a commercial nature; cannot have any person in the photo, & benches must be in public places that can be accessible to anyone.

The " Bench-Think" Project is for Humans, What Think-Bench is for Artificial Intelligence (AI)...

In Artificial Intelligence, the term Think-Bench refers to a specific AI benchmark designed to evaluate the thinking efficiency of large language models (LLMs). It was created to address the prevalent issue of "overthinking" in large reasoning models (LRMs), where they produce excessively long and redundant lines of reasoning, wasting computational resource.

For Humans, our hope with the " Bench-Think" initiative is to encourage each of us not to "overthink" all the challenges and chaos we each may be facing in our daily lives, but to think of "Bench-Think" as a human benchmark to stop, see the benches, and enjoy the view one bench and one moment at a time.

A row of empty wooden benches is positioned along a pathway. The benches are painted in a muted gray color, and they stretch into the blurred background. The setting appears to be outdoors, possibly in a park or garden area with trees visible nearby. The atmosphere is calm and slightly somber, with subdued lighting.
